Maintenance of the Access Easement Area. Grantee intends to convey the easement to the Home Ranch Homeowners Association ("HOA") or other appropriate entity, for ownership, operation, maintenance and repair. The HOA shall bear the reasonable cost of the proper maintenance of the Access and Utility Easement Area. To the extent any maintenance is necessitated by work performed solely for the benefit of the Grantor, the cost of said maintenance shall be the sole responsibility of the Grantor, their successor or assigns. 5. Non-Interference. No permanent or temporary barriers, fences, or obstructions of any kind or nature to the free and unhampered use of said Access and Utility Easement Area shall hereinafter be permitted, nor shall any building or other structures be constructed or permitted upon any part of the Access and Utility Easement Area nor any vehicle parked thereon. 6.
