RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENT TO BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Board of Adjustment, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that William Hansen be reappointed to said board
as an Associate member, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Erich Ehrlich be appointed to said board as a
District One member, to replace Eric Whitwood, and that Bill Hall be appointed to said board as an
Associate Member, to replace Bill Gillard, and
WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to appoint Erich Ehrlich to said board,with a term
to expire July 31, 2011, to appoint Bill Hall to said board, with a term to expire July 31, 2010, and
to reappoint William Hansen to said board, with a term to expire July 31, 2011.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Erich Ehrlich and Bill Hall be, and hereby are, appointed to the Board of
Adjustment, with terms to expire July 31, 2011, and July 31, 2010, respectively; and that William
Hansen be, and hereby is, reappointed to said board, with a term to expire July 31, 2011.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,adopted by
the following vote on the 13th day of August, A.D., 2008.
