OF PLANNING SERVICES DEC 1 3 2007 918 10th St. Greeley, CO 80631 RECEIVED December 11, 2007 ATTN: Chris Gathman, Planner This letter is in response to CASE NUMBER: USR-1636 I am the property owner directly to the South of this planned development. 1 want to go on record that my wife and I highly oppose this request. We moved to the country to have peaceful surroundings with perhaps horses and cows around us,not a gravel pit and a bunch of barking dogs and traffic associated with the proposed kennel and pet supply store. We currently share a common drive way. I spent a lot of money paving that drive way for • my own use and don't want a lot of unnecessary traffic using it. At least the gravel pit to the East of us will go away someday. This kennel thing is permanent and should not be in an A(Agricultural) Zone District. Sincerely, Vernon L.
