RE: REJECT BIDS CONCERNING HEREFORD PROPERTY.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on the 9th day of April, 1980, nunc pro tunc March 5,
1980 , the Board of County Commissioners declared the following
property in Hereford as surplus property:
Lots 5, 6 , 7 and 8 , Block 4 , Hereford,
Colorado
WHEREAS, bids were submitted concerning said property and
on the 28th day of April , 1980, the Board studied said bids and
determined that it would not be in the best interest of Weld
County to accept any of the bids submitted on said property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the bids submitted on
the hereinabove described property in Hereford, Colorado be, and
hereby are, rejected.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 28th day of
April, A.D. , 1980 .
