RE: REAPPOINTMENT OF ROBERT RHINESMITH TO THE PERSONNEL GRIEVANCE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado Statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Chairman on the Weld County Personnel Grievance Board term
is due to expire and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Robert Rhinesmith, be re-appointed
to the Weld County Personnel Grievance Board, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners desires to re-appoint Robert

Rhinesmith as Chairman of the Personnel Grievance Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County that Robert Rhinesmith be re-appointed to the County Personnel
Grievance Board for two-year term to expire on March 1, 1986, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Robert Rhinesmith is hereby appointed
chairman of the Personnel Grievance Board.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 27th day of February, A.D. , 1984.

As you know, the Commissioners appoint three Elected Officials and/or
Department Heads to the Grievance Board.
On March 1, 1984, Robert Rhinesmith's term will expire. Mr. Rhinesmith
serves as Chairman of the Board and is eligible for re-election.
The two members remaining on the Board appointed by the Commissioners
are Chuck Cunliffe and Mike Metzger.
Please submit to Personnel your selection to the Grievance Board and
naming one as Chairman by February 22, 1984.
