RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF DALE MCCALL TO FAIR BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Fair Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Dale McCall be appointed to said board, to
replace Bob Gorman, and
WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to appoint Dale McCall to said board,with a term
to expire September 30, 2008.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Dale McCall be, and hereby is, appointed to the Fair Board, with a term to
expire September 30, 2008.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 20th day of February, A.D., 2008.
