M...____.._._._.. 1848035 � Re.No...� __Lin i l-We-le"'r" RESOLUTION 01-/ Store of Colorado, Weld County Clerk & Recorder RE: APPROVAL OF SUBDIVISION EXEMPTION NO. 126 - STEVE AND CAROLINE BRANCUCCI WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado has reviewed the request of Steve and Caroline Bran- cucci for an exemption from the definitions of "subdivision" and "subdivided land" in Section 30-28-101 (10) , CRS 1973 , as amended, and Section 2-1 of the Weld County Subdivision Regula- r,., _- tions, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners finds that Steve and Caroline Brancucci are the owners of certain parcels of land located in Part of the East Half of Section 30, Township 1 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, being more particularly described as follows: A parcel of land located in the East Half of Section 30 , Township 1 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado being more particularly described as fol- lows: Beginning at the Southeast Corner of said Section 30 and considering the South line of said Section 30 as bearing North 90°00 ' 00" West, with all other bearings con- tained herein relative thereto; Thence North 05°51 ' 39" West, 1498 .12 feet to the True Point of Beginning; Thence North 77°01 ' 52" West, 237 .06 feet; Thence North 12°58 ' 08" East, 428 . 90 feet; Thence South 87°56 ' 52" East, 209 . 82 feet; Thence along the arc of a curve to the right whose radius is 5680 feet and whose long chord bears South 09°10 ' 49" West, for a distance of 469 .66 feet to the True Point of Beginning. Said described parcel of land contains 2 . 324 acres, more or less, and is subject to any rights-of-way or other ease- ments granted or reserved by instruments of record or as now existing on said described parcel of land.
