RE: APPROVE PETITION FOR ABATEMENT OR REFUND OF TAXES- DE LAGE LANDEN
OPERATIONAL
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, State of Colorado, at a
duly and lawfully called regular meeting held on the 8th day of September, 2008, at which meeting
there were present the following members: Chair William H. Jerke, and Commissioners William F.
Garcia, David E. Long, and Douglas Rademacher, with Commissioner Robert D. Masden being
excused, and
WHEREAS, notice of such meeting and an opportunity to be present has been given to the
taxpayer and the Assessor of said County, with said Assessor, Christopher Woodruff, being
present, and taxpayer De Lage Landen Operational, not being present, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have carefully considered the attached
petition, and are fully advised in relation thereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the Board concurs with the recommendation of the assessor and the
petition be and hereby is, approved, and an abatement or refund be allowed as follows:

for a term of 63 months at a monthly rental of:

Hundred Twenty Two Dollars And 20/100 Cents equals Two Thousand Eight Hundred
Ninety Nine Dollars And 49/100 Cents) ($2,777.29 t $122.20 for tax =
$2,899.491, due on the 15th day of each month (hereinafter called the Lease
WHEREAS, the Lease Agreement i.> by its terms, assignable with the prior
written consent of Lessor and _he.Assignee desires to acquire the rights
thereto and is willing to assume all of the obligation of the Assignor
under the aforementioned Lease Contract as herein provided.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing premises and mutual
obligations hereinafter set forth, which are hereby acknowledged to be

1. The Assignor hereby assigns to the Assignee as of
