Hi Jacqueline,
Just a couple of questions for the Draft Reso for AmPZ #1035 (Red Baron Estates).
Condition of Approval #2.D in the PC Reso stated: "Preservation and/or protection of the septic absorption field
envelopes including activities such as permanent landscaping, structures, dirt mounds or other items are
expressly prohibited in the absorption field site."
• I modified it to state: "Language for the preservation and/or protection of the septic absorption field envelopes
shall be placed in the development Covenants. The Covenants shall state that activities such as permanent
landscaping, structures, dirt mounds or other items are expressly prohibited in the absorption field site."
Is this a valid correction? Or should it state something else? Sounds beautiful.. Thanks
Also, Condition of Approval #5.A (prior to construction) is the same as Condition of Approval #2.P. Did you want
to leave the language in both spots, or remove one of the Conditions? Let me know. You could remove the 5.A
one. Thanks!
