RE: ACCEPTING CERTAIN PORTIONS OF THE ROADS IN ARROWHEAD SUBDI-
VISION, FIRST THROUGH FOURTH FILINGS, FOR MAINTENANCE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners and Lake Arrow-
head, Inc. entered into an Agreement dated July 9 , 1980 wherein
Lake Arrowhead, Inc. agreed to upgrade the majority of the
streets in Arrowhead Subdivision, First through Fourth Filings,
and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Engineer has certified that said
improvements meet County standards with the one exception set
forth below.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the following roads , or
portions thereof, located in Arrowhead Subdivision, First through
Fourth Filings , all of which are located in the North Half of
Section 27, Township 5 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M. ,
Weld County, Colorado, be accepted as public roads by the County
of Weld and placed on a regular maintenance schedule:
1. Pawnee Drive.
2. All of Kiowa Drive as it extends from Pawnee
Drive southerly to its terminus at Lot 1 in
Block 2, 3rd Filing, but not including Kiowa
Drive as it extends from Weld County Road 54
easterly to the South side of Lots 1 and 2
in Block 10 and Lots 1 and 2 in Block 9 ,
4th Filing, Arrowhead Subdivision.
3. Cheyenne Drive.
4 . Arrowhead Drive.
5. Ute Drive between Cheyenne Drive and Kiowa
Drive.
6. Ute Lane, provided however, that Lake Arrow-
head, Inc. shall be required to patch said
road adjacent to Lots 12 of Arrowhead Sub-
division, 2nd Filing, at the location where
a large tree was removed from the roadway
in December 1980 . Said patching shall be
completed in the Spring of 1981 as weather
permits , but in no event later than June 1,
1981 .
7 . Ute Circle.
8. Pawnee Circle.
9. Pawnee Lane.

and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 28th day of
January, A.D. , 1981.
