RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD CONCERNING VIOLATION I 1"• PI'S#L�gknVECOUNTY
ZONING ORDINANCE - LEWIS W. AND BARBARA J. CORNELL
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , the Department of Planning Services has informed
the Board of County Commissioners that Lewis W. and Barbara J.
Cornell are in violation of Sections 31 . 1 . 16 (43) and 31 -4 . 8 of
the Weld County Zoning Ordinance, expired mobile home permit,
temporary while building; and no kennel permit, and
WHEREAS, the property on which said violations are occurring
is described as Lot 11 , Block 2 , Jo Ann Subdivision, Weld County,
Colorado, and
WHEREAS, despite repeated requests, said violations have
not been corrected, and
WHEREAS , after hearing testimony concerning this matter,
the Board deems it appropriate to grant Lewis W. and Barbara J.
Cornell an additional 30 days in which to apply for the proper
permits, specifically a Zoning Permit for a mobile home to be
used as a Principal Dwelling and a Use by Special Review Permit
for a dog kennel, and
WHEREAS, if Lewis W. and Barbara J. Cornell have not applied
for the above mentioned permits by November 18 , 1983, this matter
shall be referred to Thomas O. David, Weld County Attorney, for
appropriate legal action.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that Lewis W. and Barbara J.
Cornell be, and hereby are, granted an additional 30 days in
which to apply for a Zoning Permit for a mobile home to be used
as a Principal Dwelling and a Use by Special Review Permit for
a dog kennel.

RE: ZONING ORDINANCE VIOLATIONS - CORNELL
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that if Lewis W. and
Barbara J. Cornell have not applied for said permits by November
18 , 1983, this matter shall be referred to Thomas O. David, Weld
County Attorney, to proceed with appropriate legal action.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 19th day of
October, A.D. , 1983 .
