The applicant shall permanently close the southern access to the property. All traffic accessing the site shall utilize the existing access on the north side of the property. Does that help? Thanks! Please confirm that the following language will be appropriate to add: 39. The applicant shall close the southern access, and traffic to the site shall only utilize the northern access. Thanks!
