I would do
39. The applicant shall permanently close the southern access to the property. All traffic
accessing the site shall utilize the existing access on the north side of the property.

Hi Jacqueline,
During this hearing, the Board voted to add a new Development Standard #39, requiring the applicant to close
the south access at the site; however, exact language was not drafted. Please confirm that the following
language will be appropriate to add:
39. The applicant shall close the southern access, and traffic to the site shall only utilize the northern access.
