Subject: UPRR lease for Co Rd 33 right-of-way CD No. 5845-L
In the Board meeting of December 15, 1980 the Board voted to renew
this Union Pacific Railroad lra se for a portion of road right-of-way
for CR 33 just north of Pierce where it intersects with CR 90. Said
lease is for a 25 year tetra and the Board voted to accept the rental
fee of $1,165.00 for the entire telr.c, payable in advance.
Today I would request that the Board authorize the Chairman to sign the
lease.

Pursuant to your recent recuest , I have had
prepared and attach hereto for execution the counterpart
originals of the above proposed instrument.
When executed , the counterpart originals
should he returned to me in the enclosed self-addressed
envelope to arrange for execution on behalf of the Railroad
Company, after which your fully executed counterpart will he
returned to you .
Tr the event it becomes necessary to replace
lost or misplaced documents , a fee of S10 . 00 will he charged
for each such document replaced.
