M. , and adjoining a wagon trail lying between Sections 9 and 16 in Township 8 North, Range 60 West of the 6th P. M. , in Weld County and WHEREAS, it appears that the necessities of the public require said road to remain open. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that said portion of County Road #290 vacated, abandoned and closed by resolution dated May 18, 1966 be and the same is hereby re-opened for the use of the general public.
