RE: APPROVE VACATION OF USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT #1362 - THEODORE
SCHRAGE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, by Resolution dated January 16, 2002, the Board approved Use by Special
Review Permit #1362 for a Single Family Dwelling Unit, other than those permitted under
Section 23-2-20.A of the Weld County Code, in the A (Agricultural) Zone District, for Theodore
Schrage on the following described real estate, to-wit:
Lot B of Recorded Exemption #2509; being part of
the NE1/4 of Section 6, Township 4 North, Range 68
West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board has received a request from J L Walter Consulting, 114 East 5th
Street, Loveland, Colorado 80537, on behalf of Theodore Schrage, 0866 State Highway 60,
Loveland, Colorado 80537, to vacate said Use by Special Review Permit #1362, and
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners heard all of the testimony and statements
of those present, studied the request of the applicant and the recommendations of the Department
of Planning Services staff and all of the exhibits and evidence presented in this matter and, having
been fully informed, deems it advisable to approve said vacation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Use by Special Review Permit #1362 be, and hereby is, vacated.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 7th day of July, A.D., 2008.

SUBJECT: Vacation of USR-1362
The Department of Planning Services has received the attached letter dated June 27, 2008 from
Ted Schrage requesting that USR-1362 for a single family dwelling unit other than those
permitted under Chapter 23, Article III, Division 1, Section 23-3-20.A of the Weld County Code
in the Agricultural Zone District be vacated. This vacation is no longer needed because of
Recorded Exemption RE-4042.

Legal Description: Lots A and B of RE-4042 being Part of E2 NE4 Section 6, T4N, R68W of
the 6th P.M., Weld County, CO
Location: South of and adjacent to Stkte Hwy 60 and west of and adjacent to
County Road 3
USR-841: USR-1362 was approved by the BOCC on January 16, 2002, for a single
family dwelling unit other than those permitted under Chapter 23, Article
III, Division 1, Section 23-3-20.A of the Weld County Code in the
