RE: APPOINTMENT OF RICHARD ESTREICH AS DIRECTOR OF COMMUNICATIONS
FOR WELD COUNTY, COLORADO
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on the 13th day of October, 1980, the Board of
County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado adopted a resolution
appointing Richard Estreich as Acting Director of Communications
for Weld County, Colorado in the absence of Bud Reynolds , Director
of Communications, and
WHEREAS, Bud Reynolds has submitted a letter of resignation
as the Director of Communications for Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners deems it advisable
to appoint Richard Estreich as the Director of Communications for
Weld County, Colorado.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis-
sioners of Weld County, Colorado that Richard Estreich be, and
hereby is, appointed as the Director of Communications for Weld
County, Colorado.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 24th day of
December, A.D. , 1980.
