HomeMy WebLinkAbout20082935.tiff ( p RESOLUTION RE : ACTION OF THE BOARD CONCERNING OIL AND GAS LEASE COVERING CERTAIN PROPERTY OWNED BY WELD COUNTY, COLORADO - NW1 /4, S14, T8N , R66W WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County , Colorado , and WHEREAS , Weld County, Colorado , is the owner of vast acres of mineral lands located in Weld County , Colorado , and WHEREAS , the Department of Purchasing was authorized to solicit bids for lease of a portion of said mineral acres not currently leased , and WHEREAS , no bids were received to lease 160 . 0 net mineral acres , more or less , described to-wit : NW 1 /4/4 of Section 14 , Township 8 North , Range 66 of the 6th P . M . , Weld County , Colorado WHEREAS , the Board deems it advisable to dismiss said matter. NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County , Colorado , that the bid nomination be , and hereby is , dismissed . Please provide your title evidence for the County Attorney to review. - Road ROW, Sec. 32, T10N, R66W (7.27 acres) - I do not have any records of County owned mineral rights at that legal description. Please provide your documentation for the County Attorney to review. Once I have these two resolved, then I' ll proceed with the group as a whole. Thanks! Esther E.
