RESOLUTION
RE: APPROVE CONTINUANCE OF REQUEST FOR RECORDED EXEMPTION NO.
690 - CHARLES AND ROSA DAVIS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, at the Board meeting of May 23, 1984 , the Board of
County Commissioners was to consider Recorded Exemption No. 690
for Charles and Rosa Davis, and
WHEREAS, at said meeting, only three Commissioners were
present, and
WHEREAS, a representative of the applicants, on their behalf,
requested that this matter be continued to a time when all of the
Commissioners can be present, and
WHEREAS , after review and consideration, the Board deems it
appropriate to continue this matter to June 6 , 1984 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that Recorded Exemption No.
690 for Charles and Rosa Davis be, and hereby is, continued to
June 6, 1984 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 23rd day of
May, A.D. , 1984.
