HomeMy WebLinkAbout20080561.tiff RESOLUTION RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD CONCERNING SITE SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT #1606 FOR A USE PERMITTED AS A USE BY RIGHT,ACCESSORY USE, OR USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW IN THE COMMERCIAL OR INDUSTRIAL ZONE DISTRICTS (HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE FACILITY) IN THE A (AGRICULTURAL) ZONE DISTRICT - CONNELL RESOURCES, INC. WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on the 5th day of March, 2008, at the hour of 2:00 p.m. in the Chambers of the Board, for the purpose of hearing the application of Connell Resources, Inc., 4305 East Harmony Road, Fort Collins, Colorado 80528, for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit#1606 for a Use Permitted as a Use by Right,Accessory Use, or Use by Special Review in the Commercial or Industrial Zone Districts(highway construction equipment maintenance and storage facility)in the A(Agricultural) Zone District, on the following described real estate, being more particularly described as follows: Lot C of Recorded Exemption #2972; being part of the E1/2 SE1/4 of Section 23, and part of the SW 1/4 of Section 24, all in Township 6 North, Range 67 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the applicant's representative, Jennifer Torrey, Torrey Design Studio, 3200 Norwood Court, Fort Collins, Colorado 80525, submitted a written request to withdraw said application, attached hereto, and incorporated herein by reference, and WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners heard all of the testimony and statements of those present, studied the request of the applicant and, having been fully informed, finds that this request shall be accepted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,Colorado,that the request of Connell Resources, Inc.,to withdraw the application fora Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit#1606 for a Use Permitted as a Use by Right, Accessory Use, or Use by Special Review in the Commercial or Industrial Zone Districts (highway construction equipment maintenance and storage facility) in the A (Agricultural) Zone District, be, and hereby is, accepted. 2008-0561 PL1 53 i ✓f _-349-O/D SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT#1606 - CONNELL RESOURCES, INC.
