Dear Don,
Enclosed please find original "Letter of Consignment/Consent to Assignment" form executed by Seller,
Joan T. Gustafson and signed today at closing by Buyer, Donald E. Altergott. I have attached copies of the
Non-Exclusive License Agreement we processed in June 2008 and have enclosed copy of Warranty Deed in
the event you need this for your records.
