The Department of Planning Services staff has scheduled the following violations to be considered at the
January 8, 2008 hearing beginning at 10:00 a.m.. The Department of Planning Services staff is requesting that the
Board review the individual cases and determine whether or not to authorize legal action to remedy the violations.
