Once a curb stop has been installed and the changes have been made to the plat and a mylar submitted to the Department of Planning with $11.00 (recording fee) it will be ready to record. For our weed management plan, we intend to not let any weeds get taller than 12" high. We mow and cut down the weeds with a"weed-eater" weekly or as needed. We will also use a weed control substance such as "Round-Up" as needed. We are not planning any construction, so we will not need to do any reseeding plans.
