Comments made during this phase of the subdivision process may not be all-inclusive, as other concerns or issues may arise during the remaining application process. Comments ❑ Weld County Department of Public Works has reviewed this case. This request appears to only involve a lot line adjustment to combine two lots in an existing subdivision. u Stagecoach Road is an arterial road, which requires a 140-foot right-of-way at full build out. Pursuant to the definition of SETBACK in the Weld County Zoning (23-1-90), the required setback is measured from the future right-of- way line. Lot shall access onto Stagecoach Road. Recommendation ❑ The Public Works Department has no conflict with this 3rd Amended Final Plat. The applicant shall address the comments listed above at the specific step of the review process stated. The review process will continue only when all appropriate elements have been submitted.
