COLORADO Octnher 23, 1984 Weld County Board of Commissioners Centennial Center Greeley, Colorado Dear Commissioners: Implementation of long-term disability has prompted the Sick Leave Bank Governing Board to recommend a change in our Sick Leave Bank Policies. Current policy states, "not more than sixty (60) working days may be granted to one member in a twelve month period". The recommendation to change the policy to read, "not more than 130 working days may be granted to one member in a twelve month period", was submitted to the Governing Board. With this policy change, an employee would be granted the first six months of disability by the sick leave bank, prior to the disability insurance taking effect. On September 6, 1984, the Sick Leave Bank Governing Board voted unanimously to make this change. The Governing Board asks for the Commissioners approval on this request in the form of a resolution. Sincerely, Susan Elton, Secretary, Sick Leave Bank Governing Board SE/pem Hello
