High Plains Gas Pipeline Project
Weld, Adams, Denver,and Morgan Counties
This letter is to inform you that beginning the week of March 24, 2008, Colorado
Interstate Gas Company (CIGC), will begin survey activities for the company's High Plains Gas
Pipeline Project.
Gregory and Cook Pipeline Company will be the general contractor for this project. The
contractor will be monitored under Colorado Interstate Gas Company and the Federal Energy
Regulatory Commission (FERC) supervision. Survey activities will be conducted beginning the
week of March 24`". Survey crews will be flagging and staking the centerline and construction
boundaries of the pipeline route including wetlands, temporary work space, and construction
staging areas. Actual pipeline construction activities are scheduled to begin April 21, 2008,
pending FERC approval.
Access to the right of way will be on existing roads or on roads granted by landowners
for survey and construction use. Gregory and Cook employee's as well as Colorado Interstate Gas
Company employees are aware of all landowner stipulations. Completion date for this project is
scheduled for November 2008.
If you have a tenant along the pipeline alignments please notify them of Colorado
Interstate Gas Company's activities.
Any questions, issues, or concerns relating to survey, fencing, construction, or
reclamation activities on your property should be addressed immediately to Colorado Interstate
Gas Company Land Agents listed below.
