We have submitted a use by special review permit to the County for the proposed new receiving station located south of WCR 66 and east of WCR 43 on the property of Front Range Feedlots. As a neighboring landowner we wanted to inform you of our situation. Due to the potential buyers need for us to vacate our current property in an expedited manner, we have begun only necessary preparatory site work on erosion control, equipment, and culvert placement • before our County hearing. We wanted to seed the site for erosion control while there is a chance for spring moisture to establish the crop. The current tenant farmer is still farming the east side of the property thereby requiring our placing of piling equipment before the irrigation and growing season. We have also installed culverts for access before the neighboring farms begin irrigating and have tail-water flowing through the barrow ditch. Over the next couple of months the County will review our application and schedule hearings on the proposal. If you have any questions I may be able to address please contact me. Sincerely, Mike Otto Agriculturist The Western Sugar Cooperative 970-304-6009 phone • Hello
