Attached are 4 comparable properties to my own at 1030 Pinyon Ct., Windsor, CO 80550 that have sold during the appraisal period ending June, 2006. Based on these properties it would seem that my current year valuation" of$237,431 is an extremely high valuation for my property when you consider the comparable properties attached (4) sold for an average price of $197,275. My opinion of the actual value for this property at 1030 Pinyon Ct., Windsor, CO is between$200,000 and $210,000 dollars. This seems appropriate compared to similar properties in the area. Please consider this appeal to adjust my valuation of my property at 1030 Pinyon Ct, Windsor, CO 80550 to be more in line with actual properties in my same subdivision.
