RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 683 - JIM KUGLER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado on the 17th day of November, 1982, considered the re-
quest of Jim Kugler for one additional mobile home to be used
as an accessory to a farm use on the parcel of land, which is
to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District, more parti-
cularly described as follows:
Part of the SWa, Section 11, T7N, R58W
of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard
the testimony, finds that said request should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Jim Kugler
for permission to place one additional mobile home to be used as
an accessory to a farm use on the above described parcel of land,
which was found to be in compliance with the Weld County Zoning
Ordinance, Section 43, be, and hereby is granted upon the con-
dition that the applicant meet all of the requirements as outlined
by the Weld County Environmental Health Services for an adequate
septic system before the issuance of any building permits.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 17th day of
November, A.D. , 1982.

The Department of Planning Services staff has reviewed this request and recommends that
the request be approved for the reasons:

this case.
The Department of Planning Services staffs recommendation for approval is
conditional and based upon the following:
1. That the applicant meet all of the requirements as outlined by the Weld
County Environmental Health Services for an adequate septic system before
the issuance of any building permits.

BUILDING PERMITS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL MOBILE HOMES IN ADDITION TO THE ZONING PERMIT FOR
MOBILE HOMES. THE BUILDING PERMIT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION,
ROOM 342, CENTENNIAL CENTER, 915 10th STREET, GREELEY, COLORADO, AFTER APPROVAL OF THE
ZONING PERMIT.
A sketch plan is required as part of the application review. Please attach a sketch plan
of the site at the scale of one inch represents fifty feet or other suitable scale to show
the proposed location of the mobile home, including distances from the property lines and
other structures on the property; access to the mobile home, indicating whether the access
is existing or porposed; location and measurements of any easements or right-of-ways;
