Matt,
I finally had an opportunity to compare the traffic volumes of AVA Solar with the permit for Applied Films. It
appears that the volume of traffic for the new use is greater by at least 80%, however that increase does not
occur during the peak hours of the roadway. Based upon that information, CDOT will not require a new access
permit for this location.
