RESOLUTION
RE: TERMINATION OF LEASE WITH DAVE DiTIRRO CONCERNING COUNTY
PROPERTY FORMERLY KNOWN AS THE KOENIG FARM.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Dave DiTirro and Weld County, Colorado have pre-
viously entered into a lease concerning County property formerly
known as the Koenig Farm, more particularly described in Exhibit
"A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Engineer desires to mine gravel
in a different area on said property during 1981 and therefore,
the existing lease must be terminated, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners deems it advi-
sable to terminate said lease with Dave DiTirro.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the lease with Dave
DiTirro concerning the property described in Exhibit "A" be,
and hereby is, terminated.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 29th day of
September, A.D. , 1980 .
