Steve Wiatrowski inspected the septic system for the shop on September 10, 2007 and indicated the system is
adequate for use for the shop. However, at Gib Smiths request we are not'finaling'the permit until Mr.
Smith builds his house. This is acceptable to the health department.
Condition 1.1 has been satisfied in accordance with the requirements of the Weld County Department of Public
Health & Environment, Environmental Health Services.
All conditions of the health deparment should be satisfied. If you have any questions, please let me know. Thank
you.
