His case is scheduled to be heard in front of the Board through a violation hearing on September 9, 2008. At that time he can request an extension from the Board of County Commissioners but it is at their discretion whether that is granted or not. If substantial progress has not taken place between now and then, the Planning Department would request immediate legal action. Ann Siron Original Message From: Phillip Brewer Sent: Monday, August 11, 2008 4:57 PM To: Bethany Salzman; Ann Siron Subject: Complaint I received an "anonymous" complaint today from a neighbor of a parcel of land that may have use that is not consistent with county code. I don't remember if this is in your area (Beth), or in Ann's. But here it is: The acre of"residential" land is full of junk cars (some good ones also). Some of the cars are for sale (or all vehicles are possibly for sale if the prices are right). This parcel is # 080329000066. Located at 251 "O" Street just a 1/2 mile east of Greeley Producers, and Hwy 85. This fellow may be operating a towing service as there is a tow-truck like vehicle on the property with his name on it. The complainant is known to me, but would prefer to be unidentified. I told him I would get back with him about the issue. Thanks Phil r Bethany Salzman From: Jill Johnson Sent: Tuesday, July 29, 2008 3:54 PM To: Bethany Salzman Subject: Junkyard? You might want to swing by 251 O Street. It really seems to be turning into a junkyard-- lots of old/junk cars along road and to the East of the house. Not sure if it's zoned for that or not.
