RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR NORTH COLORADO
MEDICAL CENTER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Board of Trustees for North Colorado Medical
Center, and
WHEREAS,it has been recommended that Linda Winter and William Fisher be reappointed
to said board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Jeffrey Carlson be appointed to said board to
replace Kay Drake, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Linda Winter and William Fisher to
said board, and to appoint Jeffrey Carlson to said board, all with terms to expire January 11, 2011.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Linda Winter and William Fisher be, and hereby are, reappointed to the
Board of Trustees for North Colorado Medical Center, with terms to expire January 11, 2011.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board, that Jeffrey Carlson be, and hereby is
appointed to the Board of Trustees for North Colorado Medical Center, with a term to expire
January 11, 2011.
