Approval Process The Board of County Commissioners is to consider a proposal to amend the Comprehensive Plan according to the criteria listed in Section 22-1-150.6.11 of the Weld County Code. As stated in the Code: 11. The Board of County Commissioners shall consider the proposed amendment, the Planning Commission's recommendation and any public testimony, and determine whether: a. The existing Comprehensive Plan is in need of revision as proposed. b. The proposed amendment will be consistent with existing and future goals,policies and needs of the County. An analysis of these criteria is found in the enclosed Planning Commission Summary Sheet& Staff Report, as well as supporting documentation. Attachment D ("Comprehensive Plan Response Draft") is replaced with the Planning Commission Recommendation Draft of the revised Weld County Comprehensive Plan.
