Screening requirements are located within Condition of Approval #1.P. Is the modification to the following language adequate?' The • applicant shall submit a Landscape and Screening Plan for the site. The plan shall include the method of screening along the southern boundary of the site. The applicant shall maintain compliance with Section 23-2- 250.B.7 of the Weld County Code at all times." Let me know if you would like different language. Thanks!
