At the hearing on July 23, (in which you were so graciously covering for Ms. Hatch) the Board indicated the desire
for the applicant to only be required to screen the southern portion of the property. Screening requirements are
located within Condition of Approval #1.P. Is the modification to the following language adequate?' The
• applicant shall submit a Landscape and Screening Plan for the site. The plan shall include the method of
screening along the southern boundary of the site. The applicant shall maintain compliance with Section 23-2-
250.B.7 of the Weld County Code at all times." Let me know if you would like different language.
