RE: AUTHORIZE WELD COUNTY TREASURER TO ISSUE DUPLICATE TAX
SALE CERTIFICATES TO HARRY GALBASINI
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Treasurer, Francis M. Loustalet,
has requested authority to issue duplicate Tax Sale Certificates,
issued by the Weld County Treasurer to Harry Galbasini and which
certificates have been lost, misplaced, stolen or destroyed,,..as
follows:

WHEREAS, the legal description of said property covered by
those certificates is as stated in the affidavits which are
attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and
WHERAS, the Weld County Treasurer has presented Lost Instru-
ment Bonds for the Board' s approval and acceptance, to indemnify
him and Weld County against loss by reason of issuing said dupli-
cate Tax Sale Certificates, copies of said bonds, with necessary
amounts, being attached hereto and incorporated herein by re-
ference, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it to be in the best interest of
Weld County to authorize the Weld County Treasurer to issue
duplicate Tax Sale Certificates under proper circumstances of
indemnification of both the Weld County Treasurer and Weld County,
Colorado.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the Weld County Treasurer,
Francis M. Loustalet, be, and hereby is, authorized to issue
duplicate Tax Sale Certificates to Harry Galbasini subject to
receiving properubonds, in the proper amounts, as complete
