consisting of new road construction,road widening on existing SR 66 including paved Rt and Lt turn lanes. Work includes
approximately:9,081 tons of HMA,16,470 tons of A.B.C.(Class 6),14,079 C.Y.Embanlmtent(CIP),6,518 C.Y.Unclassified
Excavation(CIP),Concrete Pipe,Traffic Control,Construction Surveying,Signing and other incidental work.

The following change is hereby made to the Contact Documents:
Minor changes in the contract construction accounted for several bid quantities to reflect overruns or under runs. Upon
reconciling the list of quantities,the total contract price was exceeded by$9,974.17 or 0.77%of the total contact.
CHANGE TO CONTRACT PRICE:
Original Contract Price: $1,285,597.94
Current Contract Price adjusted by previous Change Order:$1.285.597.94
The Contract Price due to this Change Order will be increased by:$9,974.17
The new Contract Price,including this Change Order,will be:$1,295,572.11
CHANGE TO CONTRACT TIME:
The Contract Time will be increased by 0 calendar days.
