RE: RESCIND RESOLUTION DATED NOVEMBER 9 , 1981 AND AUTHORIZE
REHEARING - ZPMH #511 - BEN AND BETTY BEIERLE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering
the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on November 9, 1981, the Board did, by resolution,
approve mobile home permit #511 for Ben and Betty Beierle, and
WHEREAS, due to an error in proper notification all interested
individualswere not afforded an opportunity to be he heard, and
WHEREAS, on November 30, 1981, the Weld County Department
of Planning Services informed the Board that interested persons
do wish to testify regarding said mobile home medical hardship
request #511, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has studied the
issue and has heard the recommendation of the Assistant County
Attorney, R. Russell Anson, and finds that the resolution, dated
November 9 , 1981, should be rescinded and this matter should be
rescheduled for hearing before the Board of County Commissioners.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the resolution regarding
ZPMH #511, for Ben and Betty Beierle, is rescinded.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this matter shall be rescheduled
for consideration by the Board of County Commissioners on December
16, 1981.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 30th day of
November, 1981.
