Kim mentioned something on this. The Legal for Serbousek is Lot A of RE-4545. There
proposed retention would be located on Lot B of RE-4545. We did not include Lot B in the
legal description. We have a condition under item 6.F that the applicant include a
drainage easement on Lot B as an item to be submitted with the final plat application.
Do we need to include Lot B in the legal description for this PUD?
