Gentlemen; Please be advised that this firm has recently been retained by Aurora Dairy
Corporation for representation regarding the above referenced USR. A final hearing with
the Board of County Commissioners is scheduled for 10 a.m. on Wednesday, February 20.
2008. We are not adequately prepared to go forward with this application as we are still
becoming acquainted with this project and acquiring information. Accordingly, we are
requesting a 1 month continuance. I will be present at the scheduled hearing to answer
any questions regarding this request. Thank you for your consideration in this matter.

RE: Aurora Dairy
Dear Commissioners,
Sekich Farms, Inc. would like you to know that the Aurora Dairy group has done a great
job improving their operation on Highway 66.They have done away with the manure
ponds,added landscaping and have nearly eliminated the odor from their operation.
Aurora Diary has used local contractors for their improvements and thus helped the local
economy. They also employ many people thus providing jobs for the area.
Sekich Farms, Inc recommends that you approve Aurora Dairy's USR 1625_
