EC-1300 EVN-6.00 October 23, 2008 Subject: Extension of the Comment Period for the Windy Gap Finning Project Draft Environmental Impact Statement(DEIS) Dear Interested Party: The Bureau of Reclamation is announcing an extension of the comment period for the Windy Gap Firming Project Draft Environmental Impact Statement(DEIS). The comment period is being extended 62 days to Monday December 29,2008. All comments must be postmarked by December 29, 2008. On August 28, 2008, Reclamation announced the availability of the DEIS for public review and comment.
