Our operation has changed as we have grown. We no longer dismantle refrigerated trailers. The main use of the existing use permit is storage of parts and some salvage trailers. The main reason we are requesting more space is because we buy trailers (theft recovery, storage, and fixable trailers) for resale and other uses. We are asking for an additional 60 trailer(max 80) parking space, all dismantling work would be done in the existing 5 acres. We are buying approximately 300 trailers a year. In the proposed new area we would like to be able to load and unload trailers and park trailers only. We are currently working on a dealers or wholesale license. However, it is not done yet. We currently do not have any employees, but would like to be able to employ up to six if needed. We currently do not have set hours of operation, but plan to set the hours of operation from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday thru Friday. We do not deal in hazardous materials. We mainly sell used tires, wheels, and suspensions; we also sell used refrigeration units. Refrigeration units are only sold as complete units, the way we buy them. We currently have (3) semi- trucks, (4) flat bed trailers, (1) scrap hauler trailer, (1) scrap tire trailer, (1) 980 Cat loader, (1) 950 loader, (1) extendaboom, (3)pick-up trucks, • (3) goose neck trailers and a forklift. All maintenance on owned equipment is taken to a repair shop. • • • SITE SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW (USR) QUESTIONNAIRE t enz'oet l-3 Cart .,,/.c¢A Cam✓( 13co°c_i • The following questions are to be answered.and submitted as part of the USR application.
