HomeMy WebLinkAbout820463.tiff RESOLUTION RE : GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 631 - JILL AND DARREL DEVER AND FRANCES WISSLER WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on the 7th day of July, 1982, considered the request of Jill and Darrel Dever and Frances Wissler for a second mobile home to be used as an accessory to a farm operation on the parcel of land, which is to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone Dis- trict, more particularly described as follows : W1 SE4, Section 2, T2N, R67W of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted subject to the condition that prior to the issuance of a building permit for a mobile home, the applicant shall obtain a septic permit from the Weld County Health Department. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Jill and Darrel Dever and Frances Wissler for permission for a second mobile home to be used as an accessory to a farm operation on the above described parcel of land, which was found to be in com- pliance with the Weld County Zoning Ordinance, Section 43, be and hereby is, granted subject to the above listed condition.
