A public hearing was conducted on May 21, 2008, at 10:00 a.m., with the following present:
Commissioner William H. Jerke, Chair- EXCUSED
Commissioner Robert D. Masden, Pro-Tem
Commissioner William F. Garcia
Commissioner David E. Long
Commissioner Douglas Rademacher
Also present:
Acting Clerk to the Board, Jennifer VanEgdom
County Attorney, Bruce Barker
Planning Department representative, Brad Mueller
The following business was transacted:
I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated May 2, 2008, and duly published May 7, 2008, in the
Fort Lupton Press, a public hearing was conducted to consider the request of Sherry Lawley for
a Site Specific Development Plan and Planned Unit Development Final Plan, PF#1043, for seven
(7)lots with E(Estate)Zone uses and one(1)lot with A(Agricultural)Zone uses- Lawley Estates.
Bruce Barker, County Attorney, made this a matter of record. Brad Mueller, Department of
Planning Services, stated the applicant has requested withdrawal of the application. Mr. Barker
clarified the Board will need to make a motion to accept the withdrawal of the Final Plan application,
and then the Board will separately consider the request to revoke/revert the zoning of the property.
No public testimony was offered concerning this matter.
Commissioner Rademacher moved to accept the request of Sherry Lawley to withdraw the
application for a Site Specific Development Plan and Planned Unit Development Final Plan,
PF #1043, for seven (7) lots with E (Estate) Zone uses and one (1) lot with A (Agricultural) Zone
uses - Lawley Estates. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Long, and it carried
unanimously. There being no further discussion, the hearing was completed at 9:50 a.m.
