1. Fred and Lary Bernhardt REQUEST: The Bernhardts would like to

LOCATION: 3820 Yosemite Drive, Greeley,

The applicant would like permission to have a patio on the south end of
their mobile home. The home is placed crosswise on the lot, making limited
space for a patio.
