RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING CHANGE OF ZONE, PZ #1098, FROM THE
A(AGRICULTURAL)ZONE DISTRICT TO THE PUD(PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT)
ZONE DISTRICT -WAYNE HARSH AND RANDY LAMP
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on the 30th day of
January, 2008, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., in the Chambers of the Board, for the purpose of hearing
the application of Wayne Harsh and Randy Lamp, 22994 County Road 30, Hudson, Colorado
80642,for Change of Zone, PZ#1098, from the A(Agricultural)Zone District to the PUD(Planned
Unit Development)Zone District for eight(8)lots with E(Estate)Zone uses,four(4)common open
space outlots (2.35 acres), and two (2) agricultural outlots (137.87 acres), on the following
described real estate, to-wit:
Lot C of Recorded Exemption #3453, located in the
SE1/4 of Section 26, and Lot B of Recorded
Exemption #4583, located in the E1/2 NE1/4 of
Section 26; all in Township 3 North, Range 65 West
of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS,at said hearing the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter to allow
the applicants adequate time to continue working with staff on design issues, and
WHEREAS, the Board heard all of the testimony and statements of those present and
reviewed the request of the applicant and, having been fully informed, finds that this request be
approved, and the matter should be continued to April 2, 2008, at 10:00 a.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to April 2, 2008,
at 10:00 a.m.
