WHEREAS, Colorado Counties, Inc. constantly strives to serve the
interests of each one of its constituent counties; and
WHEREAS, provision for a suitable office and conference facility in
the immediate vicinity of the State Capitol in Denver is in the continuing
best interests of all counties in the State; and
WHEREAS, the Association's acquisition and remodeling of just such a
facility at 1177 Grant Street has been significantly promoted by Weld
County' s adopting and implementing an ordinance whereby the Association has
been enabled to refinance the aforesaid building project through a Trust
Agreement and Lease Agreement with the United Bank of Greeley as Trustee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by Colorado Counties, Inc. , acting by
and through its Executive Director, that the gratitude and appreciation of
the Board of Directors and of all members of the Association is hereby
tendered to the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado for
its invaluable assistance in lending its name and its good offices in the
common cause of all counties in the State.
