RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT #1645 FOR
A HOME BUSINESS (PARKING OF TRUCKS AND EQUIPMENT) IN THE
A (AGRICULTURAL) ZONE DISTRICT- BRADFORD AND JOLENE LUSTER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on the 19th day of
March, 2008, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. in the Chambers of the Board for the purpose of hearing
the application of Bradford and Jolene Luster, 24505 County Road 43, LaSalle, Colorado 80645,
for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit #1645 for a Home
Business (parking of trucks and equipment) in the A (Agricultural) Zone District on the following
described real estate, to-wit:
Lot A of Recorded Exemption#3880; being a part of
the NE1/4 of Section 33, Township 5 North,
Range 65 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County,
Colorado
WHEREAS, at said hearing the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter to allow
the matter to be considered by a full quorum of the Board, and
WHEREAS, the Board heard all of the testimony and statements of those present and
reviewed the request of the applicant and, having been fully informed, finds that this request be
approved and the matter should be continued to April 2, 2008, at 10:00 a.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to April 2, 2008,
at 10:00 a.m.
