RESOLUTION VACATING COUNTY ROAD.
Commissioner Arens offered the following resolution and moved its
adoption: '
WHEREAS, a petition signed by all the owners of adjoining properties,
requesting that the following described road be vacated and closed; has been
filed with the Board of County Commissioners:
Beginning at a point on the West line of the Northeast Quarter (NEk)
Section Five (5), Township Two (2) North, Range Sixty-Two (62)_West
- - _ —of-=they-Sixth-(6th) P.M. , ' adjacent-to-the North right-of-way-line of
the Chicago, Burlington & Quincy Railroad; Thence in an easterly 1. N.
direction parallel with and adjacent to said North right of way line :
of said Chicago, Burlington & Quincy 'Railroad to the East line of the
Northwest Quarter. (NW4) •Section Two '(2) , Township Two (2) North,
Range Sixty Two '(62) West; thence in a Northeasterly direotiorf through
the Northeast Quarter (NEI) Section Two (2), Township Two (2) North,
Range Sixty Two (62) West: the Southeast Quarter (SE*) Section
Thirty Five (35), Township Three (3) , North, Range Sixty Two (62)

Dear Sir:
I am this morning in receipt of your letter of the
26th inst, complying with my request of Aug. 25th with reference
to meeting the County Board at Roggen, Colo. Sept. 1st, and note
they are arranging to do so.
I will notify all concerned to be on hand. As the
meeting will have something to do with reference to putting into
service a part, at least, of the road established by the County
Commissioners in 1891, on the south side of the right of way of
the railroad in the vicinity of Roggen, I thought-you might-wish-- -_-
to look up your records so the Commissioners would be fully advised
as to tat the County records show.

Tour letter to County Clerk under date of the 25th ask,'
ing for conference at Roggen, on September first, at 9 A. M. with
the Board of County Commissioners , concerning highway matters
received.
This will be made agreeable. and the Bocsd will meet you
with other officials of your company as sutgested. It will work some
disadvantage to the Board. as t' first is the beginning of their month-
ly session for allowance 'of bills , but they will endeavor to get
bank to the office as early as possible for that business , hence it
is asked that the conference begin at 9 A. M. and they will start
from here early enough to be at Ro<-cen by that time.

time as the Commissioners could arrive there,.
I wish you would take this matter up with your '
Commissioners at once and advise me if they will be able tomeet our
officers at that time and take up the matters in question.
