COMES NOW the Petitioner, by and through its attorney, the Assistant of Bruce T.
Barker,below named and respectfully request that this Court continue the Review of Stipulation
currently scheduled for January 31, 2008 at 9:30 a.m. for a period of at least 30 days and as
grounds states as follows:
1. The Respondents have made considerable progress and the only issue remaining is
the removal of the large roll offs which still remain on the property.
2. The Respondents do not object to the continuance of the hearing for review of the
Stipulation.
WHEREFORE, the Petitioner requests that this Motion be made an Order of the Court.
